For more than three decades on the Treasure Coast, Dr. Kelly Meredith has practiced with a simple belief: exceptional care begins when every person is treated like family.
A Martin County High School graduate, she studied at Palm Beach Junior College and Palm Beach Atlantic College. Her own path started at age ten in Akron, Ohio — a gymnastics injury after a balance-beam fall led her to chiropractic, and the relief she felt (including fewer headaches from an earlier auto accident) set her course.
Mentored in Florida by Dr. Ian Grassam, she graduated from Life Chiropractic College (now Life University, Marietta, GA), returned to work in his practice, and later purchased it — becoming the steady hands behind Total Back & Body Center.
